* The Varsity lost a heart breaker against top ranked Glen Estes on Saturday 5-4.  The game went 9 1/3 innings and Paige McQueen went the distance.  EC left 10 runners on base and Becca Weber was 2/3 with a double.

** The Varsity travelled to Greensburg Monday and defeated the pirates 5-0.  Sami Turner led the hitting by going 3/4 with a double.  Paige McQueen got the win giving up 3 hits in 6 innings.

***The Varsity Pounded Franklin County in 5 innings on Tuesday night 12-0.  Katelyn White started for the varsity and got the win.  Savannah Sturgill, Alyssa Callahan, Katie Jackson, and Katelyn White all went 2 for two on the night!

Friday nights rematch is at home with South Dearborn.  Gametime is at 5 pm while the JV will be playing this makeup game at home instead of at South Dearborn.

The winner of that game will play Tuesday night at 6pm against the winner of Bloomington South/Shelbyville.

The sectional championship game will be at 7 pm on Thursday.
