The Express came out strong Sunday afternoon scoring 3 goals on 4 shots.  That was too much for St Vital’s goalie who was replaced after that with the score 3 to 1 after 1. 

The second period was a different story as Express got into penalty trouble and played shorthanded most of the period. Each team traded goals for a 4 to 2 score after 2.

The  Express came out in the third and took control, dominating the whole period adding  3 more tallies to seal the deal and a 7 to 3 final. 

Next Express home game is Sunday October 16, 2pm at East End Arena against the Ft Garry Twins.
