After dropping a point in OT on Friday the Express looked to bounce back Sunday
against PV. A quick start saw Todoruk go top shelf after a nice saucer from Tymchak
with Chats starting the play. The PP would connect with some hard work down low
and Turner banged home a goalmouth scramble along with Chateauneuf’s
persistence.
The second period would see both teams find the net twice with Conrad Solypa
potting both for the Express. Kotchon and Turner setting up the first before the PP
would connect again with Solypa’s shot from the point finding its way in with
Todoruk and Johannesson getting in on the action.
Failure to close the third PV stormed back to tie with 1:04 left and the Express were
headed to OT for the second straight night. Rookie goalie Josh Rach came up big with
some huge saves while the Express killed off an early penalty. Luck would have it
Nathan Turner would step out of the box and go on to finish off the night with the
Railer’s 3 rd PP goal of the evening. Solypa’s 3 rd point of the night and Kotchon both in
on the winner.

Express next home game is Friday Dec 2 hositng the St Boniface Riels. game time is 8pm.
