Champions are built in the Off Season
The two camps we would like to get everyone too are Montana Intensive and the Edmonds Woodway Dual Camp. Mt Intensive we have a campsite and will provide meals. We have the room open on Tuesdays and Thursdays and INWTC is running freestyle sessions on Monday and Wednesday nights. As always we will run our Mt Spokane Wrestling Camp and would like our athletes to come help coach the younger wrestlers.

Edmonds-Woodway Summer Duals 2023 Saturday and Sunday, June 10th and 11th, 2023
We would leave Friday after school, take school vans, stay in a hotel, wrestle and come back Sunday.
The cost would be $125 per athlete breakfast at Hotel, Lunch provided by the club, Dinner on your own will need money for dinners and snacks.
Montana Intensive MT Intensive Wrestling Camp June 26-30, 2023 Cost $230 Registration $50 to Mt Spokane Wrestling Club to go toward meals and campsite

Group Camping Site Available
Wrestlers will cover $50 toward meals and campsite the Club will cover the rest. They will want money for additional snacks or items they want or they can pack them.. We can get them from the campsite to the wrestling site and back. We think we have room to take about 12 athletes with coaches. If we have more than that we will need help getting them to the start of cam and back at the end of camp.

Mt Spokane Wrestling Room is open Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30 to 7:45pm
Need a USA Card for Insurance purposes. If you are not wrestling freestyle tournaments the $20 card is fine.

The age group for High School Spring Freestyle and Greco, is any athlete competing in the U14*, U16, Junior or Open division. Practice will be every Monday and Wednesday night from February 27th to May 13th. Practice will be held from 6:15 to 7:45 pm.

Oregon Camp: June 30th- July 2nd. $160 if $100 Deposit made before April 1st, $175 after April 1st. Commuters Only. Camping available. Harrisburg, Oregon.

Registration: $150 per wrestler before 5/18. $50 Deposit will hold wrestlers’ spot for camp. Remaining can be paid at or up until check in. This camp’s demand is extremely high, so please do not wait if you are interested in attending. The camp is expected to fill to capacity.
