LMK Rules Info
In an effort to simplify the certification process for Coaches and Umpires, Little Miss Kickball International, Inc (LMKII) has implemented an online testing process to allow each coach and/or umpire to take the certification exam at a time that is convenient to them. As with prior versions of this certification exam, this test is not meant to be comprehensive and as such only covers a subset of key rules from the LMK Rule Book. To be fully prepared as either a coach or umpire, one should READ THE LMK RULE BOOK and understand the rules before taking the certification exam.
Online Certification Test Process:
- The test is broken into 3 sections, Identification, True/False and Multiple Choice.
- Individuals must enter their name, phone number, league association and e-mail address to allow for identification and provide a mechanism for feedback regarding the test results.
- Once the test answers are submitted, they are recorded and scored.
The release of results is managed by the LMK Rules Directors. Once reviewed, results will be released to each individual using the e-mail address entered in the Identification section.
Under the Online Test strategy, a list of individuals from a specific league who successfully complete the online test will be sent to the local League President who can distribute Coach/Umpire certification cards.
A number of videos from prior LMK Rules Clinics are available for review through the LMK Website. While there have been some changes to rules since these videos were recorded, the vast majority of the content is still applicable. It is important to review the current LMK Rule Book to understand any rules that have been added, modified or removed. Any questions should be directed to the local League President and/or League Rules Director.
