End Zone Booster Club Membership

 

Are you looking to be a part of a great program? Do you have ideas or input that you think could make a difference? Then fill out the nomination form below and become a part of the END ZONE BOOSTER CLUB! 

 

For the 2024/2025 season, to be a member you must:  

 

1) Fill out the current Nomination Form and return to the email at the bottom of the form. 

 

2) You must be in good financial standing.

 

3) Submit your Member payment of $250.

                                                               

4)  You must Volunteer at least 5 hours.

 

The new term begins March 2024 and last until Febraury 2025. So don't hesitate and get that form filled out and turned in. Looking forward to seeing you at the next meeting.
