Refund Policy---
Once your payment has been received the following refund policy is in affect:
1) No refunds will be given within 90 days of the tournament date.
2) If the event is completely rained out you will receive a credit for a future tournament with Kidfirst Baseball.
3) If a team only starts 1 game they will they will receive a credit for 50% of the tournament fee.
4) If a team starts two games their will be no refund.
5) All gate fees will be refunded in full if tournament is rained out.
6) A 10% processing fee applies to all refunds.

Kid First Baseball Policy:
!) Your team is insured with and your policy is current through 2025.
2) You will be able to show proof of insurance at the start of tournament.
3) Your team, coaches, and all parents associated with your team understand that Frank Consiglio, Evanston Township High School, Chicago Park District, and Kid First Baseball are not responsible for any injuries suffered while playing in tournament. This includes before and after games in the surrounding areas and in the batting cage facility.

4) All participants must complete a player, coach, and team waiver and provide proof of roster. This will be emailed to you prior to tournament. If not complete, you will not be eligible to participate.

We understand that coolers are NOT allowed in the stands ore surrounding areas. Team coolers will be checked in at the gate and placed in the dugout during games.
